Loved this movie as a kid. I was a big VeggieTales fan back in the day and this was the first movie I actually saw in the theaters when I was 4. No matter what the horrible critics said I love this movie.
Honestly, I'm always up for a swashbuckling adventure! This is a fun movie to watch every now and again, although to be honest when I was little the Cheese Curl monsters absolutely TERRIFIED me, which is why I didn't watch it much. But I still like it, especially the post credit song and Princess Elolise (I can't spell it right) looks pretty cute.
When I first saw this movie (I was only a kid), my favorite part was the chase scene where Robert yelled "Get Them!" 🤣 I always thought the butler was Alfred. 🤭 I'm gonna tell my kids this was pirates of the Caribbean crossed over with Bill and Ted.
Phil:And That Pulls Them Into An Adventure That They Didn’t See Coming At All And It’s A Real Adventure Where They’ll Have To Be Real Pirates And See If They Can Become Real Heroes
Man, no wonder why I forgot about this movie after seeing it once. I wished it could've been something more. But great job on the review anyways. You're very welcome for the two lines, and thanks again for featuring my fanart. Brofist! 👊
Even if I never saw this movie, you did give me a good laugh about it! Also, props to all the fanartists. Especially Jack Pumpkin, they did really well on their part!
Hi there! I couldn't find anywhere else to comment this and I need to geek out over Biblical veggies. Did anyone else notice that this movie depicts the second coming of Christ? I find this very clever since they have a rule that they're not allowed to depict Jesus or God as a vegetable. They alluded to Jesus without actually referencing Him directly: + Alexander and Ellouise kept saying that their father is away at the moment but could be returning at any second, yet they have no idea what day, hour, or time ("Watch ye therefore, for ye know neither the day or hour wherein the son of man cometh." - Matt. 25:13). + Maybe the cabin boys are either the two witnesses or 144,000? Or maybe they are "gentiles" while Ellouise and her family are "Jews?" Not sure, maybe I'm reaching. Point is, all six of them represent believers. + Ellouise talks about how the father is kind, loving, and merciful, always giving to the poor, denying self, and caring for his children (like how God cares for believers, who he sees as royalty). + Robert has been banished from Monteria, hates the father, and wants his glory but can't really do anything to him, so he goes after the children (like how Satan has been banished from heaven and goes after believers through tribulation and persecution). + No one can see the father until the end of the movie, but he still guides and helps his children throughout the entire journey (like how believers can't see God but know He's still guiding them). + The father's return takes everybody by surprise, although it's the best news possible for the children and the worst news for Robert (salvation for the saints, judgement for the lost). + The father and his armies defeat Robert (Satan) once and for all and rewards the righteous at the "great white throne of judgement."
Oh boy,one of my favorite animated movies

Agreed Forget What The Critics Say
@@isaiahsanders9418 Plus don’t make fun of me for saying this but I had a crush on Princess Eloise when I was little and still do somewhat.
Let’s just hope that the upcoming Larryboy movie will be better
This was an excellent review, LBF. Incredible job. 👍
Glad you enjoyed it!
@@LarryBoyFanatic Anytime! 😸

A medal for growing some ba-🤣🤣🤣🤣
Naaahhh that's caught me too off guard
People needs to give this movie More Love❤
It’s cool that you can go to the movies alone at the age of 14, while I can’t!
The help seeker is just the golden snitch from Harry Potter
Pretty much, yeah
The silly song is so catchy
The weird thing is that it doesn’t even have a lesson unlike other veggietales classics
It does, but it falls flat.
I really like that movie
Me, too.
I do as well.
Yeah, so cool and awesome.

Honestly, no media could get Time Travel right. Except for the Back To The Future movies

Awesome review, my friend.

Idk why I randomly decided to look up a review of this movie. I was bored, I guess lol
Amazing video. I still really enjoyed the movie, but it could have been way better!
