About the "Danger Captain", still not sold on power fist over relic weapon, S10 vs S7 and most of the time you will have lance as well. Anything T11+ you will wound on 4s with both weapons, anything T6 or less you will wound on 2+. The only targets where the fist is relevant (on the charge but let's be honest this unit is very much a one pump chump type of deal) is specifically T7-10. Pretty much every target in the game that you realistically run the captian into it won't matter that you wound on a 4+ instead of a 3+/ 2+, every datasheet with that toughness value will pretty much be guaranteed to die regardless of weapon, but with the extra attack from the relic weapon you have a 33% chance to roll an additional 6. It's just interesting everyone jumps at the Power fist because of S10 but in reality it does not matter that much, myself I find the extra attack to be more worth it (and I can run my Seth proxy as the captain and just call Blood Reaver a Relic Weapon)
I'm still painting and putting my army together. I am using on foot death company, despite their apparent lack of proponents. I own them, I've spent time on them, so they're going in my LR Proteus. I'm a thematic player anyway. The meta is only a minor factor in my hobby.
I was actually thinking about the ones with bolt rifles the other day. I think you can do some interesting stuff with that free heroic intervention ability they have if you give them a leader with fights first, especially a judiciar. His precision weapon plus the eviscerator and power fists qith fighta first charging an opponent on their turn could be fun
As a Blood Angels player, I hope that the Space Wolves get a better refresh than we did. I’m super happy with most of ours, but the Sanguinary Guard and Sanguinor are rough. I’m also worried with how big the SW range is that they’ll lose a lot to legends.
Said it plenty of times but yeah everyone but Mephiston and Lemartes could go down 5-15 points and they'd be fine especially DC with Jump Packs because I no idea how the points of this unit came to be. I think another channel said it best that Blood Angels want 200 more points than what they have and Melee being neutered this edition. Still Kevin is a chad for the Lost Brethern List.

I was just about to start a BA Army because I cant stand my DA's detachments and I knew BA's were going to have better rules. Plus I was really looking forward to an Ezekial model update and I was aiming for a Ravenwing list. The only way to play any DA army is by using Stormlance or any of the Space Marine Codex compliant detachments. Ironically, Blood Angel Outriders in the Libwerator detachment are better than Ravenwing Outriders just do to the Red Thirst special rule combined with a Chaplain on Bike. You end up getting +2 Str and +1. Then I found out the Blood Angels upgrade kit only comes with 1 Eviscerator despite the fact that many Blood ANgel units can take at least 2. That means I would need to purchase at least 4 BA Upgrade kits at 35$ just to grab 4 Eviscerators...looks like I'm rerturning the BA Combat Patrol, Brutalis Dreadnaught, Mephiston and the Captain with Relic Shield (was going to place him in a unit of 6 Bladeguard with ancient so he would gain +5 attacks once per battle with Dev Wounds and +2 Str while the rest of the BGV gained +2 attacks and +2 Str). In the end it was the upgrade kit that financially defeated me...
