6/30/2024 SENAKW by Nch'ḵay̓ Development Corp. & Westbank, 1450 Pennyfarthing Drive, Vancouver, BC

Senákw is a new condo development being led by a partnership between the Squamish Nation, Nch'ḵay̓ Development Corporation (the Squamish Nation's economic development arm), and Westbank - under the partnership name Nch'ḵay̓ West.
It will be a 11-tower rental project located at the south end of the Burrard Bridge in the Kitsilano neighbourhood. The project aims to construct 5500-6000 units. The land is leased for 150 years to Westbank.
Senakw, noun:
“The place inside the head of False Creek.”
Senakw, verb:
“The start of something beautiful; respect for nature, for indigenous peoples, for healing, and for a new path forward.”
Phase One has three towers with 1,411 units on Burrard Bridge’s west flank.
Phase Two is located to the east with four towers and an office tower, with 1,570 units.
Phase Three is on Burrard Bridge’s east flank with just under 1,600 units. This is the location that anticipated 59 storeys of height on one of the two towers.
Phase Four has 1500 units in two towers on the stretch of land close to English Bay.
Build out is expected to take eleven years, with the first phase completed in 2026.
