Honestly I can see that from machine gun Kelly’s pop punk albums like they’re not bad but he’s trying pretty hard to be part of the scene. And then there’s Green Day and they were the definition and of punk/ pop punk but these days they are trying wayy too hard when honestly all they gotta do is be themselves

The structures of the songs , the chords , octaves and solos, they still use same techniques .What you’re saying is they don’t write the same fucking song , u know why?
