Idk a lot about panic disorder but hope you get well!
I don't have panic attack anymore but sometime having anxiety attack which I have to take med for it. The breathing exercise works for my panic attacks. Hope all goes well with you.

Sounds like you're playing in a cathedral with that reverb on the mic. I mean to say it sounds beautiful that way.
