Mystery of the missing egg yolks solved!!! Maybe. Egg yolk last seen at 4:11 on counter in small plastic container...at 4:15 egg yolk container spotted, with chocolate residue in it, on top of stack of containers that held the mise en place. Conclusion... some chocolate mixture was mixed into egg yolk and then that mixture was folded into the larger bowl of chocolate mixture. Maybe.
I think she just used her chocolately-scraper to pull out the eggyolk in the cream-mass. Maybe. But maybe she really mixed a bit of dough into the egg and then applied that in the rest, so that it mixes up well and doesnt get egg-yolk-strainy.
went there once, host sat me down, decor was elegant with a friendly staff. looked at the menu, saw the prices and went to the bathroom, jumped out the window, food looked good tho
I love this cake! Unfortunately the description/recipe here is only partly given and I can only find perforated rings with height up to 2 cm. Can anybody show me where to buy this ring at least?
You can try going for "chocolate and hazelnut sanded paste", or just search chocolate and add the nuts later haha. I don't know if it's the right translation but well, I guess you may understand what i mean :p
hello....le repos de la tarte avant la cuisson est à temperature ambiante ou bien au frigo?????et qu'elle diamètre pour le cercle à pâtisserie....merci beaucoup
I missed something, when did the egg yolk come in to the pie? It was Butter + Cream + Sugar boiled Over the chocolate to melt Fold in a soft meringue And bake - rest.
Normaly the egg yolk should go in the genache, just before you fold in the meringue. If you put it in the genache too soon, you'll cook the yolk and you will get a gritty texture.
no, and it's not supposed to be cooked through. It's basically a baked chocolat mouse with a crust. That's why the crust is baked before and that's why you let the pie rest for 3 hours in the fridge.
the yolk just need to be mixed later, would be a setting agent with the whites, but she made the chocolate filling lighter so I guess that is why she decided to mix the whites
@@MYERZ08 yeah i would say it was mixed in just before the egg whites. stir quickly and maybe strain the chocolate, cream, butter and yolk mixture before adding the whites just in case there are any cooked bits of yolk.
Simplicity is often complicated. Only the best can master it. Thank you for this. ❤️
When The Pastry chef look and taste more delicious then the pie itself.

Normally you add the egg yolk after the chocolate has cooled down, os you don't cook it, and before you add the meringue.
@@RomainVanAelst Ah... that makes sense.
@@asdfasdfasdf12 the editing for this wasn’t too good. But, the end result looked delicious.
First I was like: why does she only have one long sleeve on her right arm? Then I realized it's a completely blacked out tattoo
probably covering up some al quaida junk
@@geert574 most definitely yes, racist pig
@@geert574 wow.. internet gives you balls you racist sissy
Yeah Geert WTF is your problem?
Covering a tattoo means it was something offensive, one way or another. Wonder what it was.
Easily the most beautiful woman I ever seen in a kitchen
You'd be surprise theres a lot of beautiful women in the pastry kitchen.
Both looked delicious then.
I clicked on this vid just to stay how gorgeous this woman is
Nigella Lawson
She looks like one of my pastry chefs!
Always keep it simple. What every great cook said always.
Would be nice if you could provide the tart dough recipe. When did you add the yolk to the choco pie filling?
Yeah, that's stunning. The choc pie also looks alright.
Love the right arm tattoo btw.
put the mouse back in the house this is a family place
did she just forgot the eggyolk or did she added it after the mixing chocolate/eggwhite
pretty sure that yolk was supposed to be tempered with the cream before adding to chocolate.
She forgot
they cut it off in the editing
Egg yolk needed to be added to the warm chocolate before the egg whites were added
I was also freaking out wondering what happened to the egg yolk, but then she smiled again and everything was fine 😍
Leïla Ben Toumi 😍😍😍 is gorgeous and talented
Gosh she's beautiful 😍♥️
@Truth you know people dont say simp anymore right?

Fake story, but okay.
@@Icex7 Of course it's a fake story. Iv'e been to the bathroom there. There is no windows...
Very nice, looks great and that pie is ok too.
I clicked the video mostly for the beautiful chef!
She is quite attractive!

How to make the chocolate dough?
Right?? I thought I was the only one who noticed that...
Anybody has a recipe for the base or as she says hazelnut-cacao dough?
You can try going for "chocolate and hazelnut sanded paste", or just search chocolate and add the nuts later haha. I don't know if it's the right translation but well, I guess you may understand what i mean :p
what happened to the egg yolk? looks great but it seems the step in the recipe with the yolk is missing at 4:10
I wish they had shown how to make the dough lol
Look for the recipe at Bruno Albouze's channel, it's great !
Pierre-Alain Adouane could you tell what video at his channel ? Thanks
@@lennartdewinter6093 this one for instance: ruclips.net/video/Ga3rN3GiNKU/видео.html
It's probably a secret, they don't want to reveal it to the public...so they can have the best cake in the world...
But I will probably find a way to do the base by myself and use this video as an inspiration
Amazing, simple and minimalism.
Thank a lot to share this recipe.. Just one question : What about the Yolk?
Look so good. Bravo
Wow a work of art!
What was the egg yolk for? She forget to temper it into the custard?
Hahahaha
Any ideas/tips or even recipes fot the chocolate dough?
What did she do with the egg yolk?
Jason that’s exactly what I was wondering 🤷🏽♀️
I think it should my mixed with the ganache (before adding the egg whites mixture) so it thickens...
No, the egg yolk stills on the table after she mixes the whites.
That’s the secret of the video.
same question...
hello....le repos de la tarte avant la cuisson est à temperature ambiante ou bien au frigo?????et qu'elle diamètre pour le cercle à pâtisserie....merci beaucoup
She’s beautiful. 😍
She never added the egg yolk at any point in the recipe.
Yeah u right!
good pastry...by a beautiful lady...rare find!!
Amazing chocolate tart. Lopsided portions!
the real question is @ what temp did she bake the filling at for 7 minutes??
150 degrees, she says it a bit later after she told it was supposed to be baked
It’s 180C. Duh
Sweet pie even sweeter girl. Looks great Chef
looks good. She could give her technique a touch up.
It looks so good
Gorgeous dessert, prepared-baked-presented by gorgeous people as well👌🏻
The guy who served the dessert is so handsome. Crazy
Cacao to chocolate to not tempering chocolate to mix. to 180 degrees instead of Celsius. or nervous. Pie looked great. egg yolk left out?
Coffee ice cream please!👌
That’s looking delicious. I could eat that daily 😍
Same, the pie doesn't look bad either
Same here, i bet the pie taste good too.
How did she made the dough ?
what happened to the egg yolk?
Where did the egg yolk go though?
just goes goes into the mix without being whisked usually
nice pie, nice chef. one of your best videos so far.
Did the egg yolk end up in the pie at all?
good video she actually shows how to make not just preparing it and shes cute :)
So what is the recipe for the dough?
What's the difference between cream and milk
Thank you
ESPECTACULAR.
Did anyone actually watch this for the pie ?
Nope haha
What pie?

Is it 180f or 180c?
180c, Belgium uses metric.
If there were more women like her.. the world would be a better place!
how you know, maybe she is a piece of shit in daily life,,,,, just saying
She's gorgeous.
His quenelle game is solid.
Im not sure who looks more delicious, the pie or her?
Where is the egg yolk?
where's the measurements for the ingredients?
I missed something, when did the egg yolk come in to the pie?
It was Butter + Cream + Sugar boiled
Over the chocolate to melt
Fold in a soft meringue

Why no recipe or instruction for the preparation of the base ? You only showed how to make half a cake !
WoW she is a cute one! And a talented as well!

How to you make the crust?
Crust is made from gianduja.
Google it.
amazing cake but i would prefer to eat the chef what a babe and so talented
She's soo beautiful
What happened to the egg yolk Chef !!?? lol
Leslie Altura who gives a fuck with how fine she is 😍🤤😂

She is so charming.
Did you forgot to put the egg yolk? Because we didn't see you put in the batter?

Nice, the waiter can rocher!!!!
Man she is fine, and so is that pie.
Amazing
What’s style with her right arm?
using felchlin CH for the mousse, but valrona F for the extra .... in B ;-)
Didn’t realise felching was on offer- this girl has it all!😁
Where did the egg yolk dissappear?
What about the egg?
Normally you add the egg yolk after the chocolate has cooled down, so you don't cook it, and before you add the meringue.
Godsakke, da ziet er lekker uit!
She’s the only reason I clicked . She’s way better then the cake 😍😍
Chef where is the egg yolk?
I totally agree she is .
The pie crust is more perfect than my cheek bones...
Humble brag?
How she took that pie out of that pan??
When did she put that egg yolk in?! Lol
She used the whites only. =)
The egg yolk would have been mixed into the slightly cooled ganache. They forget to show it.
the yolk just need to be mixed later, would be a setting agent with the whites, but she made the chocolate filling lighter so I guess that is why she decided to mix the whites

At 4:17 the empty cup can be seen between the 2 pots. So yolk is added after folding the egg white through the chocolate mixture.
Omg shes soooo beautiful😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Did anyone catch how much chocolate she used that was melted in the cream/butter?
Where is the recipe?
I like the Belgians, they always speaks better English than the French.
Umm, what happened to the egg yolk?
Forget about the cake! My eyes were stuck on the girl's face
Nice to see they didn't tear a live lobster in half for this dish.
Good
