Good day,
My severely disabled child became very sick in Serbia and we will not be able to fly on 11/11/2023. I want to book another flight when she has recovered. I need the refund to book another flight. Please sell of our seat to other passengers. If u need proof of illness, I will send it. She also has a severely disabled Id from Germany.
Please refund us the payment of our flight, we have spent a lot for treatment here. We never knew she will fall very sick. I don't have more funds to fly back to Germany with my two kids. I have been calling and writing to flugladen, they finally told me to write to you. Please refund me back my money so that I can book another flight when my child is well enough to fly. We don't want to be stranded here please. Thank you
