So true.. a mean HS principal. He was not our "PAL" and growing up in a Catholic environment , it was all about discipline and judgement . I have been attending LCBC for over 10 years and Jesus is a loving God
The T-shirts I used to see 20 some years ago that said "Jesus is my homeboy" makes me think of the old hippy image of God. Currently, the ones that say "Y'all need Jesus" brings to mind the mean school principle version of God. Regretfully, I've held both views of Him until I read his word!
