Because if configuration of one of the carbon remain intact n for the other one changes then they are diastereomers and noy enantiomers.

Yes, on changing the projection of any lowest priority group (be it H, Me or any other) configuration will also change.

Sir I'm having an example of the chiral carbon in Fischer projection. But lowest priority group will be on horizontal bond if it's not be hydrogen then can we change configuration after viewing the molecule s to r
