Appreciate how you actually go into the specifics of everything you talk about and don't just bait your viewers with general information to promote a course like every other fuck out there lol keep it up G
Killer video as always. Compounding improvements is an interesting topic that doesn't get mentioned enough. Can be the difference between a breakeven store that you quit too soon, or a store you scale to 6 figs.
Gabriel you are a LEGEND!! This is KILLER content right here! Thanks for sharing all your amazing knowledge with us freely and openly, you're worth your weight in gold!
Now no one will say stop a store after watching this, you're a real genius offering free values that costs $$$$ if I go for courses, even I doubt I get this much values after spending. Have a query, hope you don't mind.Is it really matter 50 conversion/week if I set 7days click, 1 day view? Coz I am seeing my $5 WC purchase ad sets are slowly dying after a week with 4-6 purchase. Thanks, have a great day Gabriel.
Great value shared as always, thanks on this Gabriel. Purchased the course by the way, great work on it. Quick question - at minute 2:34 on this video, you mentioned you test three types of LLAs x four countries x 3 segments (1%, 1%-2%, 2%-5%) for a total of 36 ad sets in your purchase campaign. What are the three types of LLAs are you referring too? For these initial ad sets in the purchase campaign, I've only noted 95% video viewers and top 25% (or top 5%) time spent on website. I have that at (24) ad sets in the purchase campaign before adding in the (10) or so ad sets to test broad interests. Did I miss something?
Hello, so we should control the breackeaven of campain or single adset? Like, if the product from aliexpress costs 10, i sell it 20, for all adset i sped 40, but for single adset i spend 7, should i cut?
Hi Gabriel I have question for you how do you test the products . In testing stage u take every time a new domain and when u get the winner product how you shift Facebook pixel all data to winner product I still not understand this so please give you comment on this
Hey Gabriel, As far as social proof goes I noticed you can‘t make an existing post with the shop now button where it adds the site description to the ad. I don‘t know if there‘s a way around this but it‘s a big dissapointment
How can I create different audience variants (audience adset) and in the same time have multiple creative adsets (images, copies and videos) in a single campaign?
Hi Gabriel Sir. What if im selling products under a category. Let's say beauty related. I have maybe over 50+ different products for different areas. Should i just sell 1 thing? Or should i just stick to being a store that sells things for beauty?
Hi Gabriel, tons of good stuff. I am in my first failing 1 product store that has better original made ads, good clicks but not much add to cart, even I consider my design is good, so I decided to switch a new store. You said you succeeded store is 60%, hope you could share the 40% of 1 failing store that why you decide to move on. I think general people don't succeed fast, so it might be a good content for you.
Hi, Gabriel! Very nice video, man. One question: in a single product store, on Facebook Ads, would you recommend to narrow the audience with "engaged shoppers" and "online shopping" or just a single one of those? Or maybe two ad sets with each one? Thanks in advance, my friend!
I have a Question Do you keep the same ad copy and creative(picture/video) in each adset or do you change the ad copy and creatives for each ad set? If you change the ad copy and creatives for each ad set how would you know if an adset is doing great because of the creative or because of the targeting ? I'm sorry i'm new to this
Hey Gabriel, is my store still profitable if i buy the product for ($1+$4 shipping max) and sell it for 9.99? I saw that u spend way more than $5 per result so i am scared now..
When say to run one product store does that I have to by a New domain for each product and if the store is not successful in have to start all over again and buy another domain?
I would test products with a general store first and when you see the item starting to sell really well, start building out a one product store from there. That way you don't have to setup a new one every time you test.
Hi Gabriel! Appreciate the value you bring in your videos! What’s your criteria that a product is over saturated? Let’s say on Aliexpress the product is sold over 40,000 on the best seller itself. Will you still invest in this product? Or what other criteria will you check further? Thanks man!
I have a strange issue. My ads are good, I get above a 2% clickrate. My add to carts are amazing. Like 20% of visitors add to cart. But my total conversion rate is .4% right now. Over 500 ATC/IC's, and 23 sales. Shipping is free, but is the long wait time what's scaring people away?
Are you mentioning there is a 2-5 week shipping time? If you are upfront then the conversion rate will increase, if you don't tell them, then they are unsure and you will loose sales. Send over your store on ig if you want. @alexphilip_1 . I will give you tips on how to improve your store conversion rate
Hi Gabriel, thanks for the great content. In one your previous videos, you had mentioned to manage cashflows, you have a RBC US Dollar Account and you transfer USD balances from Stripe and PayPal out into that bank account to avoid conversions to CAD. I'm also in Canada, but I'm seeing that PayPal Canada doesn't allow you to link a USD-denominated Canadian account to a Canadian paypal account, essentially forcing you to withdraw only CAD. How did you get around this to link your RBC USD account to PayPal? Or do you use a workaround like TransferWise?
thank you for this information !!! by the way i'm running 5$ adset and i had purchase on first day so i duplicate that adset for next day and also got purchase on that duplicated adset since then, no more purchase from both original and duplicated adset till both adset gets lower than breakeven ROAS. should i keep it run for another day? or just kill it..? i am desperate for this question...... so much appreciate for your videos and it will be much more helpful if you answer this question thank you so much man
Hi Gabriel, thanks for your videos. I'm interested in getting the course, but I have a question before I buy... Are all members going to get the future access to updates when you add more content to the course? Do we get exactly the same things (fb group, case study, videos, etc.) as those who bought it on launch day?
Hey Gabriel, fellow Canadian here, really learning a lot from these videos, would be great if you could built some cheat sheets from your slides that people can print and have pasted on their walls! I also have a question about product choice. I’m about to start my store from scratch. Found a product on EcomHunt that solves a big problem for people in my niche, but has limited value for mass market. EcomHunt shows that it hasn’t been picked up by anyone so far. I know you suggest staying away from these, but how much of that is depended on your target market? I can see that it could be a safety type of product in my niche but have no data to prove that, just a hunch and experience. Should I keep looking or take a chance? Btw, I have very low starting capital $500 - $700.
hello I want ask you about services like service Shipeasy or shipworkers it's good for dropshipping save time or use the classic method dropshipping from aliexpress directly .Thinks
great content. Before you judge the ATC audience poor though, wouldn't you want to consider the results from analysis on follow up sales? Customers might just get distracted during the purchase.
I am just starting out with drop shipping, with a low budget. what instagram influencers should i follow and how will i receive ads. Can someone explain this to me in depth please.
Hi gabriel quick question, what is a secure way to pay my supplier when i treat orders with csv files and what infos should i include in csv file, also how i can take the file with the tracking numbers and integrate it in shopify to send email to customer
You can use AliPay if you want insurance, or just wire transfers (trust-based). You can use the app "MassFulfill" to take the file with tracking numbers and upload to Shopify
Alex Philip I agree with that, but CPM is also an important metric as it determines how much your adset can reach your audience at a given cost. High CPM usually equals high CPC’s.
I swear Gabriel is a mind reader, every time I run into a problem I check my notifications and Gabe has a video on it! Love the content man
Add me on Facebook RAMZI RADWAN, i have something for you a good deal. DM me facebook

Killer video as always. Compounding improvements is an interesting topic that doesn't get mentioned enough. Can be the difference between a breakeven store that you quit too soon, or a store you scale to 6 figs.

Thanks for the stats. Gives me a clearer picture of what my numbers should look like.

Thanks for the support man!!
thank you a lot for this amazing marketing lesson!
are you able to test lla for other countries even if you dont have any customers on those countries?
Hey man, awesome content I must say? Random question, which city in Canada are you from?
Gabs is a genius omg😂😂😎
Hello, so we should control the breackeaven of campain or single adset? Like, if the product from aliexpress costs 10, i sell it 20, for all adset i sped 40, but for single adset i spend 7, should i cut?
At google analytics funnel visualization what is the normal percentage of people going to the cart from the product page? I see %10
Hi Gabriel I have question for you how do you test the products . In testing stage u take every time a new domain and when u get the winner product how you shift Facebook pixel all data to winner product I still not understand this so please give you comment on this

As far as social proof goes I noticed you can‘t make an existing post with the shop now button where it adds the site description to the ad. I don‘t know if there‘s a way around this but it‘s a big dissapointment
Gabriel where do you learn all of this?
How can I create different audience variants (audience adset) and in the same time have multiple creative adsets (images, copies and videos) in a single campaign?

Can you use thumbnails if you create the ad in FB Ad Manager? I only see it available when I create the Ad Post to my business page.
Never mind. I found the option. : )
Hi Gabriel, can you tell me how you get your video content for the ad creatives ?
Hi, Gabriel! Very nice video, man. One question: in a single product store, on Facebook Ads, would you recommend to narrow the audience with "engaged shoppers" and "online shopping" or just a single one of those? Or maybe two ad sets with each one? Thanks in advance, my friend!
I would test narrowing down profitable interests with engaged shoppers to see if it converts better, often does better without though
I have a Question
Do you keep the same ad copy and creative(picture/video) in each adset or do you change the ad copy and creatives for each ad set? If you change the ad copy and creatives for each ad set how would you know if an adset is doing great because of the creative or because of the targeting ?
I'm sorry i'm new to this
Best video I have seen .... thanks
Thanks Gabriel. This is awesome..!!
you are really great man thanks a lot for this valued content, you are brilliant keep going bro, greetings from Algeria
Hello gabriel. Do you test the lookalikes with CBO?
Thank you for the best YT content Gabriel! Please make a video about lowering CPM and Increasing CTR :)
how much money do you spend per adset?
Always good advice 😉
Hey quick question, do you import reviews from Ali express for your products?
Hey Gabriel, is my store still profitable if i buy the product for ($1+$4 shipping max) and sell it for 9.99? I saw that u spend way more than $5 per result so i am scared now..
as always, thanks for the video gabriel. i really appreciate it.
My pleasure, thanks for the support
In your 500 budget example, with 50 x $10, is that total or daily? If total, how long does that last? Great bids btw

Can you tell what should be the Exact OR nearby NO. Of CPC,CPM, etc in fb ads of winning product?(You can upload on youtube if you want)
Hi Gabriel! Appreciate the value you bring in your videos!
What’s your criteria that a product is over saturated? Let’s say on Aliexpress the product is sold over 40,000 on the best seller itself. Will you still invest in this product? Or what other criteria will you check further? Thanks man!
Hey Gabriel, when making a LAA for VC you say to refine by frequency. What frequency number do you use. & is it the greater than or equal to option?
Do you have a video showing how to make a good product page?
I have a strange issue. My ads are good, I get above a 2% clickrate. My add to carts are amazing. Like 20% of visitors add to cart. But my total conversion rate is .4% right now. Over 500 ATC/IC's, and 23 sales. Shipping is free, but is the long wait time what's scaring people away?

Dude amazing content!
Hey Gabriel. Thanks a million for your help! Have you read any of Perry Marshalls books on 80/20 rule, Facebook ads or Google AdWords?
Gabriel for PPE do you target ww or epacket?
e-packet countries makes more sense.
WW. He is onoy doing it for cheap engagement and WW is the cheapest. He goes over this in a different video
Drop shipping party !!! Love your videos! Thx!
This dude is a beast 🤔😱💯

by the way i'm running 5$ adset and i had purchase on first day so i duplicate that adset for next day and also got purchase on that duplicated adset
since then, no more purchase from both original and duplicated adset till both adset gets lower than breakeven ROAS.
should i keep it run for another day? or just kill it..?
i am desperate for this question...... so much appreciate for your videos and it will be much more helpful if you answer this question
thank you so much man

Yes another show stopper by the master
Hey dude, how do you usually test creatives?
whats the best payment gateway to use?
Do recommend building social proof on each ad you create for splittesting?
If it is start gaining attraction/sales ... Run a PPE Ad to it.
So much content, all for free! Thanks!
Thanks for the support :)
THE BEST as always ! Thank you again !
Thank you, I appreciate the support!!
I'm assuming this is for a single product store.
What about for a more general store or one with a wider product inventory?
You're awesome Gabriel, thank you so much!
Mate you are the best 😉

Plz tell me Alternative to Stripe, i am from Pakistan and Strip and PayPal are not available there, 2checkout has bad reviews, what should i do ?
Checkout the video on my channel where I go over the best payment gateway options.
*Does it really matter if i add extra stuff to my 1 product store? cuz there is nothing in the same niche its such a unique product.*
Doesn't matter in my opinion.
Ayy, value as always :)
Thanks bro :)
I am just starting out with drop shipping, with a low budget. what instagram influencers should i follow and how will i receive ads. Can someone explain this to me in depth please.
@Ema Lesley can you please explain
isnt outsourcing bad? You basically have to pay osmeone for their time and you don't have money at the beginning but your's is "free"
Thank you, definitely the numbers and knowledge of the experience are magic. You're a crack Thank you for everything
Never skip gab videos👍
Thanks for the support bro

@@GabrielStGermain Thank you Gabriel your experience is a game changer for me I found a winner, this is the level of Beauty Charcoal winner
What if you're trying to a test a proven product, but getting severely limited by high CPM's to get a fair chance for it's success.
The only metric you should care about in the CPC And ROAS. If you are profitable there then you should keep on running the ad.
Alex Philip I agree with that, but CPM is also an important metric as it determines how much your adset can reach your audience at a given cost. High CPM usually equals high CPC’s.
Hey can you make a video on retargeting?
