  • Trying out my Autowit car battery jumper, fail or success part 1.
This tool is actually quite handy and does the job without any assistance from another automobile.
Best thing is you'll never ruin your battery/vehicle from an over charge from a different type of jump start or charging unit!

Turn off the ignition out of gear, no lights or ac ect, , charge the autowit press red button and wait 10secs till long beep then start.

You waited too long both times. You need to be in the vehicle when that timer reaches zero and turn the key as soon as the long beep starts

As soon as a continuous beep goes on, it's starts to discharge those capacitors, so you need to start it right away.

    You waited too long!
You’re supposed to be hitting the start on your vehicle right when the beep goes to a steady long beep.

Fully charged is fully charged, it should hold a charge for a while.
It takes a couple days to discharge fully.
You Tuber "the car care nut" reviews one of these, not sure the brand, but he torture tested it. Way beyond what you would do normally. Worth checking out.
