- Born in May 2015, Princess Charlotte, the second child and only daughter of Prince William and Kate Middleton, had already developed a unique personality. According to her mom, Charlotte definitely has a commanding presence.
It's not all that shocking that Princess Charlotte shares a resemblance with her relatives. But some royal observers have commented that the young royal in particular takes after someone at the very top of the royal lineage. In appearance, at least. Her personality is all her own. Who, exactly, has she been compared to? As it turns out, Princess Charlotte is almost identical to these royals.

I believe if we look at any institutions that are as old as The House of Windsor you will find things that we would be shocked by some of their doings. However, I think it is very unfair of anyone to judge the Royal Family of today by the behaviour of their predecessor! Think about it, we don't judge Germany by Hitler role in history. Charlotte definitely resembles the Queen…just look at photos of the Queen at that age and you can see…but of course she has inherited genes from both sides, so there will more than likely little cameo’ moments of different family members as she grows. I did think Charlotte had a good likeness to Lady Sarah Chatto too, but again her mother and the Queen were sisters so out come those genes again.!
I think Kate and William are really good parents, allowing the photographers to get their photo calls so it doesn’t impinge on their private life,
Giving the children the chance to have normal childhoods, to get muddy,climb trees, play in water etc…just have fun! Childhood is such a fleeting thing, so Kate is overseeing they have a good grounded ,safe and sensible upbringing, and between them Are doing very well as parents.👏🏻👏🏻🙋♀️
YES! I'm glad someone else notices it. They all go on how much she resembles her mum and grandmother, that's only by suggestion. If you look at either of them at her age...mmm...not really. I was watching a show that had footage of the family on the yacht. Charles was about 16 and I wondered how in the world Charlotte was beside him 'til I realised it was his cousin Sarah. Time will tell who she's going to end up looking like but right now, most like Sarah.
@@weehaggis4720 I thought this also. There is a photo of Charles in 1969, wearing a kilt and doing an impromptu jig. A little child is with him and also dancing. It isn't obvious whether this child is a girl or boy (because pants are being worn and the top seems to be a unisex style). But the photo caption said it was Charles's cousin Sarah Armstrong-Jones.

Princess Charlotte is the image of her father and he is the image of his late mother, Diana, Princess of Wales. Now that her hair is going lighter, more of a dark blonde I can definitely see that resemblance getting stronger. When Prince William was shown a photo of himself as a child during a royal visit he thought it was Charlotte.
