Seminar Taekwon-do ITF with GM Don Dalton IX DAN

Seminar with Grandmaster Don Dalton
On 4-5 December 2021 we held an ITF Taekwon-Do seminar with Grandmaster Don Dalton IX Dan.
Saturday trainings were organised for Club Samuraj adpets only. We practised patterns, kicking techniques and self defence. A huge dose of knowledge given by Grandmaster Don Dalton will surely result in close future during competitions and exams. At the end of Saturday Grandmaster Dalton conducted an exam for higher balck belt degrees.
On Sunday we held an open seminar for other Taekwon-Do clubs. The seminar was about patterns, kicking techniques, sparring and self defence. The training together with Grandamster Don Dalton, Masters Chris Beanland and Juanito Arsol Jr. was an unforgettable event.
