The thickness depends on a number of factors. I would talk to your printer and see what their minimum recommendations are. As for making it thin, if you change your ruler to pixels, then the offset path menu will go in increments of a pixel rather than a fraction of an inch. It gives you better control.
hi there! do you know if there's a way to do die cut lines if I painted my illustration with live paint? I'm not used to paint with the fill colour or with the brush.
No, it was the tool 'live paint' in illustrator, but i just realized that i had to expand it after using it, and then the pathfinder would work. Thanks for answering and sorry if it is difficult to understand me, my english is not very good.
I like the designs of the stickers very much. Amazing drawing skills.

Thankyou so much buddy.
You're welcome!
What saving option did you do? I mean for export , it doesnt show to my software that there is no "special item" that detects the cut.
how do you delete all those little specks after you unite the image? i have a lot and i usually do it manually, but is there a easier way?
Lifesaver!
InrDmons2011 oh good, I'm glad it was helpful
Hello, What is the thickness you use in your offset path? Or how do you make your offset path outline thin? Thanks!

Hi There,
How can I create cut lines with a 0.25 bleed and on a separate layer ?
Follow the video and in the Offset Path menu, type in "0.25 in"
Then move that shape to a separate layer.
Amazing! thank you
Audrey Tenzer no problem
