If you want to see it, just search for "Smoking Dragon (Perfect Cherry Blossom Arrange)" and watch the first video of the search result (the arranger, "JerryStuff - Ro", also makes great arrangements). Another thing, I heard your arrangement of "童祭 ～ Innocent Treasures" again, this time I have better headphones. The arrangement is amazing, it seems to me to be in the style of "卯酉東海道 ~ Retrospective 53 minutes", which anyway is similar to "夢違科学世紀 ~ Changeability of Strange Dream", where the original theme came from.
