As an Antiguan I must say that you did a pretty good job, even with the mispronunciation of many many words including our dialect, then again it's not your first language. However, very good nonetheless. Also to my knowledge, though we are the friendliest and most hospitable people in the Caribbean, St. Kitts and Nevis [Nee-Vis] and us are more like' frenemies'. This came about because as you correctly said we went though most of the colonization together, however an incident occured where the Antiguans told the massas that the Kittians were planning to rebel and they didn't really like us after that [who can blame them]...they have since then called us "Garrat" which means 'talk too much"...just some additional knowledge for you. I must say I thoroughly enjoyed your presentation and I will be showing my students when I return to the classroom. I am looking forward to watching more of your videos. You get an A+.

Antigua and Barbuda is an island sovereign state in the West Indies in the Americas, lying between the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. It consists of two major islands, Antigua and Barbuda (separated by 39 miles), and a number of smaller islands (including Great Bird, Green, Guiana, Long, Maiden, Prickly Pear, York Islands and further south, the island of Redonda). The permanent population numbers about 95,900 (2018 est.), with 97% being resident on Antigua. The capital and largest port and city is St. John's on Antigua, with Codrington being the largest town on Barbuda. Lying near each other (the main Barbuda airport is less than 0.5° of latitude, or 56 kilometres (30 nautical miles), north of the main Antigua airport), Antigua and Barbuda are in the middle of the Leeward Islands, part of the Lesser Antilles, roughly at 17°N of the equator.
Hey there, greetings from El Salvador! I am a new subscriber, and I am thankful for these helpful outlines of the many countries in the world. I'm studying International Relations, so these come in handy. Thanks, once again. Also, I was wondering if you are or aren't going to cover the overseas dependences ('dependencies'? Sorry, non-native English speaker here!) in your series...? Congratulations on the amazing effort you are putting in these videos! :D
My mum's parents are from Antigua! It's such a beautiful island and given the amount of relatives I have out there it wouldn't surprise me if one of them was in the video somewhere xD
+Shanna Challenger really?, they are named for the Spanish words for Ancient and Bearded(Female) which are pronounced An-tee-gwah and Bar-boo-dah, I thought he was saying it pretty accurate, every day we learn something new.

I feel so lucky to have found this series a bit after the Tanzania episode; at least this way I don't have to wait weeks for new episodes, 'cause I still have about 150 left to watch!
You got a pic of my friend Howard Allen from Hamasfilms in the studio photo with the mixer. I am going to share this with him. He & his wife Mitzi Allen have produced several local films that have been featured in International film festivals in Canada & in Europe.
