Seems like if this is a 90 day pause of Federal payments due to a Presidential executive order, then filing a lawsuit, having a hearing and getting a judicial decision will likely take longer than those 90 days. I think pushing on Congressional delegations would produce a faster result and would clarify the situation. Seems like a lot of speculative conclusions on the Governor's part.

Why not make it optional and easy for employers to keep employees opted out of federal government, and just put it back into the state with a slightly high increase. Cut out the orange middle man.
Esspecially with his high tax increase on every day, Americans. Even if we changed our tax plan and took half of what we pay into the federal government monthly out of our paychecks, we would probably fund our programs time over from the year we just had....

First, write and call your state's senators and your congressional representative.
call ICE and report anyone not speaking English
First, contact your employer and have request to be tax exempt. They can’t take your tax dollars if they aren’t being dispersed in the ways we voted.
