Not to mention being in high school with Monica. She has known Chandler from as Ross's colleges roommate and used to spend Thanksgiving together. So for this scene in my option Rachel should have won.

Rachel was a “mean” girl when she’s still in school, said the animal control woman and Will Colbert, so remembering people isn’t her strong suit.
When Rachel said she would marry someone better than chandler, in the end she marries Ross and not being rude about Ross here but with those 2 they went back and forth with each other non stop I can imagine what there marriage life is like, plus chandler has managed to make everything work for his marriage with Monica especially with her over controlling habits and he’s done a great job probably better than what Ross has

If you go back to Phoebe’s wedding day episode Rachel had to choose between Chandler or Ross to be apart of the wedding party because Phoebe didn’t want to choose so she as her maid of honour Rachel was forced to choose for Phoebe. So like i said before Monica and Phoebe get shafted in favour tomorrow Rachel.
