There is nothing even close to the athmosphere when Partizan play at home. Rival Crvena Zvezda can have sometimes simmilar number of supporters but they do not understand basketball as a game and make just pontless noise. Partizan fans are deeply in the game and litteraly lead a game in some moments.
Whats more impressive is that the chant that starts at 0:45 is not even in their language. Its in Greek! Partizan and Paok are brothers as you can see from the comments, same with Olympiakos and Red Star. Its the same thing as an NBA team's fans singing a chant in French

I watched this game, if Partizan can somehow reach top 8 after horrible start to the season and another horrible like 1-6 run in the middle, no one will want to play in top 8 cause they got nothing to lose and have really rough home court where not many teams manage to take a win, it's just a team you don't want to play in the elimination rounds. Last time they reached top 16 or 8, they went to final 4 by beating Maccabi in one away game and then if you allow that, having to win in Belgrade is really hard to do. Monaco is one of the best teams in EL, I can't see them winning here in elimination games but i can see them losing 1 at home, it's just a landmine of a team. Zalgiris and Italian teams can be like that too.
