Cyrus is the first GREAT Pokemon villian... Here's why!
Pokemon Gen 4 remakes are just around the corner. Pokemon Diamond and Pearl definitely aren’t the best Pokemon games and many fans will argue back and forth about whether you should love or hate them.
BUT, outside of all that, there’s the main antagonist of these games. Despite being a clear step up in terms of antagonists - especially when compared to Gen 2 and 3 - I don’t hear many people talking about him. So, let’s discuss the flaws of the human spirit and the hypocrisy of Team Galactic’s Leader - Cyrus.
Funny enough, even though the Diamond and Pearl remakes are my reason for making this video - it’s actually Platinum where Cyrus is fully realized as a character. The Pokemon enhanced editions often help to streamline and expand the story of a generation's initial release.
