how are the different halls assigned? for instance what if i wanted my own dorm how would that work ?
You would have to do it through the housing application. I recommend looking through the housing website for detailed information
Victory hall is pretty far away from everything. Do you have to take the bus or could you also like bike to the main campus?
I know plenty of people that have biked I personally always took the bus
