SOTD: YUM!! I’m obsessed with yum since experiencing the dry down! And your right the silage is amazing! I walked past a family of 3 in Walmart last night and they all complimented me. The mom even said the scent follows me beautifully, like a wave. Soooo, this is definitely a staple in my collection!

I'm feeling sick atm, but your voice is so soothing! Great speaker, too. Everything you said was easy to follow while still having depth. Truly helped me get to know the fragrance even if I won't be able to smell it any time soon.

My SOTD is in fact Yum!! I was so confused by this one the first day I sprayed it. I loved the opening, and then I almost immediately got pink bathroom soap. After wearing this for a few days straight I have fallen in love with this one, BUT I much prefer it in the air getting wafts of it & how it smells on my clothes more than I do directly on my skin. I wish the performance performed like an actual intense, but hopefully warmer weather & time with help that along. So happy I went with the 100ml.
People keep saying that lol. I don’t get soap at all but, that’s what I love about fragrances. It’s unique to us all
@@ZhaneAntionette I don't think it's soapy. I just think that the mixture of these specific notes end up resembling the way that specific pink soap smells. I don't get it much now after wearing it for a few days. I think my nose just had to get familiar with the fragrance. I layered it with Eden yesterday & it was so so good.

I have been loving light greens and pistachio-type scents. I also have a deep love for Marshmallow notes. I trust your opinion! I would love to smell it for myself! Knowing myself that bottle would've made me insta buy.

Yum was a blind buy but I knew that I had to go into it expecting the unexpected based on reviews. The opening was the most surprising aspect. It is bright & citrusy, a bit sharp. I get how it can throw you off but with more time wearing it, I can understand it. The opening mimics this fresh & cooling sensation you get in gelato. Overtime the sweetness shines through on the dry down. You really need to test this on your skin to get the full experience that they were marketing. It is a light, skin scent that is airy & fluffy for the warmer season.
The only thing I can’t get past is the longevity of Kayali’s juices. Some perform well better than others, whereas most only last on me 2-4 hours, at most 6.
Even this juice being labeled as intense only lasts about an hour before it becomes a very close, skin scent fragrance on me.
Most of my body mists last longer than these but I really do love the house of Kayali. I hope formulation can improve in the future because they are such beautiful scents.
I agree. The longevity could be better and the projection especially since it’s marketed to be intense … however, I do love the fact that Mona and her team are stepping out of the box for each launch
Try spraying it on clothes, it lasts for days.

Reminds of Vanilla Royals launch, it was straight up hate or love. No in between 😂 I really love VR, but can’t stand lovefest or invite only. Kayali is shying away from mass appealing scents lately I really respect that.
I haven’t tried that one yet but, kayali has definitely been pushing the envelope!
I absolutely love the scent. I should have got the biggest bottle. I only have 50 ml of Kayali fragrances but I am considering getting the 100 ml.

I just got this in the mail and my favorite thing to do is come back to your videos and take my first sniffs as you describe it. I get the sweet rum in the beginning but I had to really let this fragrance dry down to let it do it’s thing. I’m wowed! It’s a very unique and gorgeous scent !

I've found with every kayali I own, it lasts longer the longer I own it. For example Eden apple was gone without a trace within an hour the first time i sprayed it. Now it lasts a lot longer. Same applied to vanilla and cherry. I was a little disappointed to hear this isn't the rich gourmand it's marketed as but as you say it's a summer scent so is to be expected. I have too many winter scents and not enough summer so will definitely give this one a try
I need more summer scents too so, I’m fine with it!

SOTD: kayali yum. Ive really been enjoying the scent its a unique take on a freah gourmand. I have been wearing like crazy & even got compliments. However, the longevity is poor😢 I get 2/3 hrs if that. Ill still be keeping it because I love it for layering.

SOTD: Valaya by PDM. Still going through my decant. I must say it smells better today than the 1st time I wore it 😅
Valaya was the same for me. First time I tested it was an instant nope (on a paper strip), but the more I looked on the notes the more intrigued I was, although I dont like white florals like AT ALL, there was something that was attracting me. Tested on skin and also a big no but I didn’t give up. Bought a decant on Etsy because it had some discount and there it is, maybe it was the store environment that I couldn’t handle it or perhaps it mixed with my own perfume but now that I am wearing it alone and testing it out I want a FB but it’s too expensive 😢
@@djevelhelvete I actually love white flowers but it was giving me fresh and clean more than floral the 1st time I tested. I’m not much of a freshie girl. This time it was still giving me fresh and clean but came off slightly sweater which was the nuance I needed. Agreed! I want a full bottle but I’ll wait till it drops on discount sites. Don’t think I’ve ever paid full retail for anything in my PDM collection 🥹

I did the same thing bc of that & I loved it! To me it smells like pistachio gelato & I got complimented. I couldn’t stop smelling my hand & I didn’t get the citrus a lot of ppl mentioned, it smells sweet to me. 😊

I pass on this fragrance because it doesn't project or last on my skin at all. Kayali needs to work harder on its fragrance performance. My only love from the house is Vanilla Royale.
I would love to add royale to my collection. But, I do agree that performance is an issue for some of their fragrances
SOTD Silver Flame by Jardin de Parfums
SOTN Niche Lavender by Amazing Creation. I received a 100ml bottle of this fragrance today as a gift with purchase. I've never heard of the brand or fragrance. I decided to wear it to bed tonite for my initial testing of it. It has lavender in it's name, but I can hardly detect that. For me it's a fresh aromatic fragrance that seems ideal for the spring and summer. It smells a lot better than it's advertised price of AED60 - $16 for 100ml🍦

I am so let down by Yum, honestly it smells like a soap or detergent, not gourmand 😞😓 the drydown gets sugary sweet in the end but very Pink Sugarish. I was expecting so much more.
