Hi Mami, i prepared Dosa Batter as you have suggested. Dosa Came very well with crispy and reddish on top. Felt happy! Also Ganesh's interactions adds colors to your presentation. Also seen some of your other videos and experiences you have shared. When most of current mid and older generations wont even have a photo or video or rarely get to know about experiences like how they lived etc., of their grand or great grandparents, yours videos are gem for your family and your generations will be proud of your effort. Both Keep rocking!

Nice to see Ganesh Anna spreading dosa batter. Dosa n Idli hot and fresh with chutney feels like heaven. We do this variation but nice to hear when mani talks about it. Being away from the country makes us feel lonely. It’s soothing to hear her talk n makes us feel at home.

I so look forward to your videos and love hearing you. My two cents for the dosai: when you make it thin, the exposed top cooks anyway. Simply fold and remove after cooking one side to keep it crisp. Turning it softens the dosai. Anna, your able camera work and commentaries make the videos so nice. Thank you both.
