The oculomotor nerve is the third cranial nerve (CN III). It allows movement of the eye muscles, constriction of the pupil, focusing the eyes and the position of the upper eyelid. Cranial nerve III works with other cranial nerves to control eye movements and support sensory functioning.

Dr. Najeeb, I hope you read this. I am a Prosthodontic resident at LSUHSC School of dentistry. As a guy who went back to specialize after several years of practice for 3 years (gross anatomy more around 7 years ago), these lectures have been so helpful in my post-grad Adv H&N anatomy course.
