I haven't watched the episodes yet, and have only seen the stages - what do you mean Shine was made up of the remaining trainees?! They performed so well! Though you could tell they weren't too confident with the choreo and lacked the stamina to keep their vocals stable towards the end of the song, it was still really enjoyable to watch. I might be a little harsh with Glitch Mode, but that song is extremely hard to perform and will look bad if not executed well (imo it's a poor choice from the directors for including this song in the first place there are much better choices). The choreo for Glitch Mode looked a bit sloppy and out of sync. I felt like the concept didn't fit those specific trainees all that well either. Boom Boom Bass really stood a head and shoulders above the rest, it wasn't even funny. Xingxing's just showing everyone why he's Lisa's fave hahah! He really stole my heart during that performance.
The BBB team is also my dream team. I personally also ranked them #1. The vocal line of Guan Woo, Xing Xing and Cong slay this song. Jia Liang actually was sick during this performance and came back from the hosp the night before, but, his voice and dance are great for this song despite him still recovering. i agreed with all your comments. Again&Again is great but was let down by the rap line. Guerilla is a super difficult song to cover and the team did the best. if they have all stars members/experienced idols in the team like hangyul, guan woo or xing xing, they will probably take the top spot. junhyuk and minjae are the standout members for me. Being current active idols, their experience really shows.
No one asked but i just want to share my opinion.. Boom boom bass is the cleanest performance. No one is falling behind. How you like that seems to be the easiest, but to perform and sing a gg song and make it to a bg song is actually hard. You can easily see their flaws and what lacks on them but I commend the team cause they owned it. chkchkboom did good too it was a clean perfomance. Ateez songs are quite hard to be honest.. because their song is like truly built and compose for each member of ateez. That if you try too hard to cover or perform its like you are just like literally a copycat but on the other it can be just a mess but nonetheless they did great. Well.. let’s continue to support every bet each of us have. Vote for them.
the problem with again & again team is that most members really suit this type of old school vocal with their voices but none of them are really rappers, but this song has quite a lot of rap parts. I personally was really impressed by Taei in Sorry Sorry team during their preparation. He did amazing as a leader, brought up the morale of the group, even when one member wanted to give up and all this without getting like angry or creating drama. Also Rin got kinda screwed during practice of the sheesh team. There was conflict about role designation/picking parts and somehow it ended up with him getting scolded by the judges but he didn’t do anything. But the other members realized their mistakes, they rearranged parts and all was well. By the way, I’m pretty sure that in Sheesh team the Polaris was actually Sun Jia Yang, because Rin got main vocal part.
I have personal beef with you for saying cong was the worst one in boom boom bass. Also I'm not a fan of hawk gun but his rap was literally crazy? He deserves better
tbh the whole boom boom bass team was just too good if this was like an overall ranking I think cong would be quite high overall Kwak gun really just did not stand out much to me unfortunately

Agree with again & again, for all stage. I think lingqi show the best of main vocal position
it’s a silly little thing, but I like how most of not all of the Boom Boom Bass team members have long legs, it really fits the choreography
