This is my favorite place! I come here almost every week, not too crowded and the bookstore is my favorite spot. I was about to recommend this place for you. The flea market is one of the oldest in Petaling Jaya.
That public toilet story is kinda disturbing and unheard of in malaysia to be honest, i have a feeling you accidentally went to one of their “joints”... but anyway interesting video no idea this place existed.... u deserve more subs!
Thank you so much for your honesty! Stay safe and travel safe. Yes, indeed, the flea market in AMcorp mall is one hidden gem in KL. I love your travels!
Should say in Petaling Jaya (PJ)....not KL... #tourist even locals will get confused..Anyway this place walking distance from #tamanjayalrt STATION...Very good places for #antics bargain hunter & #eating places....air conditioner & comfortable mall indeed👍👍👍👌👌
Strictly speaking, it is not in Kuala Lumpur but in the adjacent city of Petaling Jaya. The only way it could be claimed as being in KL, is to use the broad definition of "Greater Kuala Lumpur".
My young friend if you live long enough you start to understand Old is cool. I missed the price for the record albums/ vinyl . Real slice of the neighborhood video. Really enjoy your work
Cool video as always 😎 that story at the beginning was weird as hell 😂 awesome retro game scoop, unfortunately, ur right about it, the retro scene here is not as big as elsewhere, owners tend to keep their collections to themselves, pretty much online digging, anyways stay chill bro 👍 👌
i understand how you feel, once a white old man was taking a peek at me peeing at the urinal in a public toilet and i felt uncomfortable. now i'm using the 45 degree method whenever i use the urinal
You're more likely to get hit on with that earring on. Also there are places people tend to go to hook up, maybe you stumble upon one and didnt realize it?
Holy shit, just had the same experience at the public toilets in Circular Quay, sydney. Not even any attempt at subterfuge, outright blatant goggle-eyed staring at the troughs. Called the tourist cops on him and they just gave him a stern talking to. (deep breath, here goes...) It was a Middle Eastern tourist; I've noticed some of the same behaviour in KL too. Mebbe it's because they are so repressed back home they figure it's a free for all outside their borders, who knows. Not judging... but guys, it's not cool to do that when people just wanna go in and evacuate their waste in peace. OK, rant over, back to the bric a brac, the Root Beers and 16-bit nostalgia!

Book Xcess? 😀
Kevin Yeoh yes, my favourite as it’s not too crowded plus cheap books. I missed Seri Melaka Restaurant there, not sure where they moved now.

Amcorp Mall today has changed a lot on the shops & flea market seller during pandemic. Lots has closed the business for now.
