IBM Storwize v3700 PSU replacement

IBM Storwize v3700 power supply unit replacement.
The issue: DC out faulty.
Symptoms: amber warning light, fan spins loud, DC light on the psu is off.

if fan spins loud in canistra 1 and DC light on the psu is ON ?

normally if fan spins loud, it means that the ambient temperature in the room is warm. the fan spins faster/louder to push out the heat from the machine.
