I was traveling from ujjain to Indore it was a public transport bus I was sitting and there was a lady sitting alone on seat of 2 and after few minutes a guy came he was looking decent private company employee he went to sit beside the lady as it was empty as he was going to seat the lady scolded him that why he is sitting beside her she scolded him badly and the guy faced humiliation infront of 30 people he had tears in his eyes and that day I realised world is so cruel for man

Today a student in NIT Silchar committed suicide cause he can't take the excessive pressure anymore. His parents first forced him to take engineering and then when he wanted to give up they came to visit him yesterday and forced him to continue and today he took the step. He is of my age and I can't comprehend how much stress he felt. RIP brother.

Truly that's a tough situation you are going through. I have seen my close relatives in depression and recover from it. I hope you have consulted a psychiatrist and taken prescribed medicines but the main effort has to be from your close ones, and being in some activity how small that might be.

As a girl I always saw my Papa as the strongest person in the world...but up until recently when hardships started striking our family I got to learn how much he has been suffering mentally... it's just that he never showed these suffering...and I can assume this is because of how he grew up....like where my bua could always complain about things to her parents, my Papa had to understand difficulty of his family, literally at same age....like what a big difference...

I have observed that from childhood men are taught tthat showing emotions means you are weak. I think often times what men struggle with is understanding their emotions and dealing with them coz they have never been taught about these things. My suggestion would be start journaling, it helps with understanding emotions. Write whenever you have thoughts running inside your brain, write when you are feeling negative emotions. But if you think you need a therapies then please procced with it. Also try to understand that masculinity does not mean you have to look a certain way and act a certain. humans are really diverse so putting them in boxes is idiotic. Prioritize yourself and just be you. You were born for yourself not for parents and not for society, so they have no right to expect things from you. Also be in a good friend circle, not every guy us your friend.
I'd say you are right at some extent but crying evertime for the bad situation is also not good.
And nowadays Men who were said to be emotionally strong are pleading over everywhere asking for sympathy and thats so gross being a man!!!

I 34 right now and decided not to marry. I earn, cook, clean my house, take care of my parents and everything in my own hand don’t feel I need to get marriage ever. No need to spend 5-10 lakhs in wedding which may have no return. Divorce rate is rising, women file fake rape/domestic violence cases against men/husband. Individuality is important. Regarding kids, India is overpopulated; cost of education, property, and healthcare is rising alarmingly. Don’t want to bring a child in a country which have corrupted govt. poor infrastructure, lack of resources to lead a average life. Better travel, invest money in FD, MF, stocks and create wealth and adopt kids.
