Your work ethics are very respectable I have been an ase master tech for 18 yrs And have seen many techs in this business good and bad You have excellent overall skill and care in your work As for the kia sportage radiator it seems to be a common problem with the lower edge curling over and leaking.....good luck
that’s a lot of removal to get to the radiator. My 95 Civic is so easy, two bolts and it pulls up from the radiator support. they sure don’t make them like they used it. lol….
