This opener is a straight copy of the strategy by Dusk, I mainly changed some unused ops and reworked the burst because Shalem is way better than most Welfare casters on this map.
When I was playing it felt like 12 or 11 ops should be possible but since there was only a couple hours left I just added U-Official to win quickly. Scene ended up unused in phase 2

I feel embarrassed for not trying Shalem on this stage in hindsight he seems perfect for this map. Also new anniversary announcement next week I think. My speculation is that we’ll get either defender caster or sniper for the six star welfare

Damn, I just realized. Looks like we ain't getting free 70 gold certs again from the 6★ welfare cause the 5th anniv event will be Ch 14. HG truly became stingy. At least everyone can obtain it when they reach Ch 14 instead of waiting for rerun or records restoration
