For anyone on NG+ the Gravelstone Seal stacks so carry a second in yourself off hand. Doesn’t have to be upgraded. Not sure if it affects the Bolt of Gransax or not.
One thing I found with my lightning damage build, Using the dragon kings crag blade, bolt of gransax, dragon scale blade or the dragon heilberd Apparently each point of dex slightly increases your cast speed for spells and incantations, So kind of works out
FS needs to give us the ability to turn back and forth between lyndell and ashen. Maybe like when visit placidusax. Have a specific place to rest at that goes through time at ur leisure when you beat radabeast
May I recommend a fire incantation or dragon incantation run sometime in the future. Those two and lightning have probably been some my favorite runs to do.

I actually just started using a timer while recording so you will see the time live going forward. The amount of time varies. For these “max” type of runs around 7-10 hours. For the challenge runs it can be much longer
Lightning spear is cracked when you offhand the gravel seal or w/e its called and stack the two incantation buff talismans with lightning scorpion and godfreys. I've yoked it up to 2kish damage per charged throw
While I was watching this, (Thank You, BTW!) it got me thinking! I'm on my newest NG+7 Vergil w/No Mods Run, it now gives me a few new tweaks and ways that he uses Lightning! LOVE Ancient Dragon Lightning Strike, been using it for a while! Probably will utilize Bolt of Gransax more now. I know it'll take more shots, because on where I'm at on difficulty, BUT, should STILL help to torque the already bat-s%#@ damage, even more!
In the intro you could take the chest to lendal and get to the elevator. From there get invaded so the grab the lift and then get the incantation that buffs lighting from the knight on a roof top.
I think that with 40 Faith the erdtree seal is actually not optimal at all, probably with the Cravel Stone seal it would give its best but at this point of the game the best seal that you could probably get was simply the Two Fingers seal. At Faith lower than 60 i think the Two-finger seal is the best. I may be wrong tho, i need to check it out. 🤔

Both should be equipped while casting. 4) weapons scale by lvls... higher stats/weapon augmentation means better scaling and attack rating Water buffs lightning and debuffs fire damage. Fyi. 5) scorpion charm(s) increase damage received... dodge/increase vigor/or don't equip it 6) talismans: two fingers hier., prosthesis hier., (spear/axe in melee), faithful/flock canvas, warrior jar/Alexander shard, (Godfrey for charged spells/skills), kindred rot (+hat) for poison buff builds, xx lightning scorpion xx -> elite/skilled players *Ritual is bad because you poison/howl yourself/take damage often (red-feathered branchsword low hp)* Also spear of gransax + arrow's reach => hit any target on battlefield... placidusax/fortissax/lansseax in the head (pierce weakness, 40/80/80 lightning resist) Spells: honed bolt, ancient dragon lightning spear, lightning spear (damage buffs, elemental negation buffs)

The dragon halberd is the only halberd i like in any souls or souls like game. Looks cool, deals lightning and frost, and the combination of those 2 just looks really cool. And I also like the boss who drops it, pretty easy to get to but also fun.
More bosses have resistance to magic, needing rannis dark moon (nobody wanna get 72 int and do allat quest stuff), comet azur is harder to use than adls, and magic has less buffing capabilities than lightning damage with the new dlc. With adls if u stand like 6 or 8 feet away instead of in their face you can get at least 3 hits consistently unless its an npc or something rlly small. Only carry for int users is night comet or the dark moon greatsword. Also pest thread spears does more damage and faster cast time than shard spiral for things like elden beast, I know it's not lightning but it is an incant. And bolt of gransax is just easier against non bosses to snipe especially compared to the dark moon greatsword . Almost 900 hrs in ive tested a bunch of builds and I'll put an ADLS, KLS/Gransax build at 1, Night comet build at 2 and curved bandits powerstance at 3 bc of slash res in the DLC.

Magic resistence has no meening when you have Shard Spiral, that was debated a 1000 times and only Faith fanboys disagree because they never used. I rearly use Comet Azur, but it's still stronger then ADLS even with all the buffs aplied on both spells. Lightning incatations are the only ones worth the memory slot. I've seen lots of players haveing 80 int and the best staffs. Sorcery staffs have better scaling then sacred seals, so by the end sorceries do better dmg. Most incatations are impractical just like your beloved ADLS where you basicly have to be at point blank in order to get even one hit and it's only usefull against bosses with large hitboxes like Fire Giant, Plasidusax etc. I've seen many playes with 80 int. and myself included. The only time when I put points into faith is so that I can use Prince of Death staff, Death and Magma Sorceries. At the end sorceries have better from low to high end spells and allways come on top. I even read comments from faith players admiting that sorceries have better offensive spells. So by that I call on your BS and still think that sorceries are better.
