Let me add some commemts and corrections. First food, Dondonyaki is not common street vendor food in Japan, the area you can find this is limited mainly to North East region (Tohoku). Actually I have never seen this in my life, living mainly in central region (Chubu).
The second food seems to me rather Dango than Mochi as Mochi is very firm and cannot be edible in such short cooking time. The forth shellfish is Hotate. We eat also Hamaguri almost in the same manner, but it is different.

I wish they would put captions when preparing each food item, I'd love to know what each is and made of...3 months ago while at work (Ontario Canada) at a national park, I came across a can...yes a can of instant breakfast cereal, with oriental writing on it, we get a ton of tourists from Japan/China, seeing instant breakfast cereal in can was pretty neat, I would have loved to have tried it..lol...the viewers who have nothing better to do than complain, are the ones who clearly take food for granted, if our world ever comes to a complete black out, I hope it's those people who have no clue how to live off grid, maybe then they will never complain about how food is prepared, I'd eat this food in a heart beat
