small tip - eating citrus' peel is not the best idea unless you grew it. It's generally pretty soaked with chemicals to make it survive the travel ;) better to leave it off as some may be allergic to it.
I'm Indian so I literally drink masala chai every day and what my mom does is she gets all her spices and she dries the ginger in the sunlight and grinds it into a powder and you can just add a pinch every time you make chai coffee and my favorite is adding it to hot chocolate
I’m really glad that I found you because you really inspired me to do different things that I want to explore. I know that it maybe simple or small for others but you/your content keep me in track. I really appreciate you for doing such things like this! I am now appreciating what’s in front of me and romanticizing the life that I have hehe thank you so much! I’m going to make drinks like this too!
Thank you for the kind words 🤎 - so happy to hear you enjoy! I think a little romanticization once in a while is a good way to add some appreciation for the small things in life, so I’m all for it 😌
I think I'm gonna try the lemon tea and add some sliced ginger to it. Ginger tea with lemon and honey is a personal favourite to get through the cold season and this seems like a great way to prepare and preserve it
thanks so much for adding the masala tea, omg defo try breweing the masala tea in just the milk without water! it adds so much creaminess also you should try jaggery tea!
such a beautifully composed and edited video, I enjoyed it very much! I always like to see how others make masala chai, everyone I've seen has a different combination of spices. I might try your recipe and see how it compares to my mum's!
Never had a real cup of masala chai myself, but I like to play with those flavour combos: try a chai tea bag in white hot chocolate, or the same spices in the honey lemon combo (plus turmeric)!
I had to stop watching and go and make myself the maple cloud coffee. And it is delicious! Ok, now I can continue to watch the rest! :) Thanks for the inspiration!
this video really reminded me of the game coffee talk ?? i loved that game so much but kinda forgot about it so this was a nice reminder hehe :') its basically the same kind of music and same kind of vibes :') anyway ur drinks look really good !! ill be sure to try some soon !!
I'm a pumpkin spice lover but I'm always down to try new drinks! Can't wait to try out these recipes! Also, love the sweater! The color is stunning! Where is it from?
this morning, i woke up and it rainy and cold here. so i was like let me make some coffee and put on some Audrie Storme. & thats when i made the realization that i have a comfort youtuber!
Dear Audrie. I love every second of your new video. Everything is so on point 💖 I always wonder how your set up is when you film. Hope you will make a video about this one day 😁 keep it up! ❤
I love pumpkin spice (big surprise) but it's so refreashing to see other autumnal flavours 🧡 (also your filming is amazing!! just had to say it... okay bye now)
I've actually never tried pumpkin spice nor any of these. I tried finding pumpkin spice this year, but couldn't find anything. Now I wanna try all of these too.
I'm so shocked! Your video came across my recommended feed, and I have never seen anyone that spells my name the same way!!! Everyone else is Audrey - it's so cool to see another Audrie!
Oouuuu lay the aesthetic scenes ON MEE😍😍😍 I actually make a boiled Carrot smoothie with cinnamon in the fall its delicious, warm and orange lol *Growing RUclipsr😊*
These were just what I needed this fall! Do you have an estimate for how long the apple cider lasts in the fridge or if it can be put in the freezer w/o affecting texture & flavor?
Since I discovered pumpkin spice is just a softer chai, I now disregard it less but it'd leave me something wanting more 😋 I'm also glad this said to at LEAST break up the spices, instead of just throwing the whole thing in 😆
i have a question about the way you film these... do you use multiple cameras at once for the angles, or do you frequently have to change the angle of the one camera...? And just generally all the different shots, I'm curious to know how it works logistically :) away great video i was very captivated, loved the style, filming and editing!! (+looks yummy)
I usually just do the one camera, but my husband helps me film these so I can just focus on the recipe! Sometimes I’ll do two, but I actually find it easier to just use one. I think it’s more the editing that makes it seem like I’m going back and forth between angles though!
Oh noooooooo I wouldn't boil the chai after adding the tea!!! Boiling water releases tannins in black tea and makes it bitter - it's best steeped just below 100C! (But I did like the look of the honey lemon drink and I've definitely got a couple pears I need to use up, so thanks for the inspiration.)
I always boil the water with the tea in it. I've only ever heard of people doing it that way. I'm Pakistani so black tea with and without masala is a staple for us since it comes from south Asia.
Hello! I’m Daniela from Romania. I want to make masala chai and I have a question. In the recipe, the ingredient cloves isn’t cloves of garlic, isn’t it. Please tell me what they are. Thank you in advance.
For anyone who drinks masala chai, would a black tea + vanilla blend taste good with it instead of straight black? All my black teas are blends. Most being vanilla or some variation of earlgrey lavender. I also have a hazelnut cookie blend if that would go well with it.
Store it in the fridge and you can either drink as is, reheat and drink it hot, or add a little sparkling water/alcohol to it to make a spritz! Full disclosure though - I’ve already drank most of this batch in two days so I don’t have much leftover
You could totally substitute for taste, but what gives it that “cloudy” texture is the reaction between the instant coffee and maple syrup. It won’t be as “whipped” looking if that makes sense
@@AudrieStorme oh interesting, thank you!! I only asked as I don't happen to have any instant at the moment, but I'll pick some up to do this justice 👍🏻
No need because you’ll be straining it anyway! But I probably should have for this because I ended up using the pulp for other things and then I had to take them out after 💀
Thanks for adding masala chai to your list. Being an indian its my absolute favourite. It's even good with a cube of dark chocolate in it.
Oooooh I’m going to have to try it with dark chocolate!
@@AudrieStorme do try and tell us how it was
Ooh this sounds delicious!
@@tracecasey it is
that sounds amazing
Honey lemon tea is actually quite a common thing here in Poland. Used to drink when you have a cold
Yes!! Same in Ukraine!
same in hungary! eastern europeans unite haha
In North America, honey lemon is also associated with having a cold. It is a very good comfort drink that is full of vitamins and warms you up.
@@lilimandularather *central europeans
ukraine is eastern, but not Poland or Hungary
yes and also with ginger and raspberry juice

Ooooh that’s such a good idea! I need to try drying my ginger to make it last longer 💀
Your style of editing never fails to impress and relax me at the same time! Great work! 🎃🎃🎃
Thanks for watching 🫶🏽
It’s just lovely. ❤

I have never thought to make and store lemon, sugar and honey. I am definitely going to try that pear apple cider!!! ❤
The cider is probably my favorite of the bunch - if you try it, I hope you like it!

I’m not a huge fan of pumpkin spice, but pumpkin caramel 🤤 and my top is from Alohas!
I love using the cold brew pumpkin spice almond milk from califia farms to top up my coffee. You can also find sweaters like this on shein uk 😊

Now I want to cuddle on the couch with any of these drinks. Can't wait to make them and you made a beautiful video! 😊

Ah! I make all of these but I don't add pears to my apple cordial. And I add 1 cup or honey whiskey, that evaporates. I'll try it your way too!

these look great thanks for sharing !
My back is cold just looking at her sweater! 😂 Epic recipes, though.
Such a great video
Visual poetry… drool ❤
gonna try all of them, thanks! Much love!
U could add grated ginger to the second one!
do you add sugar to the honeyed lemons because you like them sweeter or does it act as preservative ?
I just personally like sweet drinks and I feel like it helps the juices come out a little faster 🙈 but you can just do honey if you want!
looks delicious
Amazing
Yum! Editing on this is 😀🥳
do you keep the fruit mash from the last drink to make a sauce or anything? seems like a lot of fruit to use if not. just curious!! i am poor xoxo
Yes! You can make muffins with it, flavored ice cubes, granola bars, add it to oatmeal - whatever you feel like adding the pulp to!
Ohh for a minute I really thought that mix of candied lemons was gonna be the whole drink lol
Hello! I’m Daniela from Romania. I want to make masala chai and I have a question. In the recipe, the ingredient cloves isn’t cloves of garlic, isn’t it. Please tell me what they are. Thank you in advance.
Do you need the pressure pot for this to work?
How long can you store the honey lemon tea? Do you store it in the refrigerator?
Store it in an airtight container in the fridge and it should last about a month!
What is that coffee machine? :)
For anyone who drinks masala chai, would a black tea + vanilla blend taste good with it instead of straight black? All my black teas are blends. Most being vanilla or some variation of earlgrey lavender. I also have a hazelnut cookie blend if that would go well with it.
