I definitely will do. Real quick I like the 6th Sense jigging spoon I think it’s only 1/2 ounce but is real fishy. Also you’ll see a squid lure that acts like a lipless Crankbait and really hunts them up. I think it’s called a squidtrex. It was a Facebook type lure advertised that I but on.
Line…this is just my bass fishing gear so it’s 17 pound fluorocarbon. Nothing fancy but time to change it out. The smaller rod is 12 pound red label seaguar fluorocarbon.
It doesn't look like a copper. Either a canary or a yelloweyed rockfish. I'm leaning towards the yelloweye. I can't tell by the eye but the back tail is rounded unlike the canary rockfish's which is notched
Our Copper rockfish have a slight coloration difference but we’ve caught a number of them now. One of my videos I get one over 10 pounds. Such a cool fish and a great change up from the typical black rock fish and lingcod.
The fish have been full of baby dungies down here too! The crab hatch is lookin good!
They were stuffed with baby Dungies. Our ocean is full of life.
Nice video. Where are you launching from? It look so calm.
Sunset Bay in Charleston Oregon. Super nice and even restrooms to change into wetsuit.
Great looking copper. Really enjoyed the content.
Would dig more info on the different lures you used. You covered the Lancer pretty well tho.
Also, line?
Thank you.
