I had a bright teal 94 extra cab step side gmc about 15yrs ago. I bought it from the original owner and was completely stock. Had a 6/8 drop with 18x9s in the front and 20x14s in the rear. Everything was paint matched, I built a aluminum flush mount bed cover, ss mirrors, shaved stake pockets, smooth painted front and rear bumpers, painted interior, the frame was cut off under the extra cab and used 2x4 square tubing to build a back half with a four link and coil overs. The frame, 9” rear end and front suspension was powder coated. The engine was a Texas speed 416 with a pro charger F1-A. Your truck has me wanting to find my old truck or build another.
This is by far my favorite build on RUclips. Can't wait to see it hit the road. You guys planning on taking it to any of the street car takeover events? My ls swapped obs with 4.0 Whipple is almost road ready and would love to get some runs in.

I'm sure you know already but I would put the hood on before tightening fenders down so you can make gap adjustments if you have to. With the TB Ive seen ppl just run a filter right on it with no piping but it might look tacky. Sick build and solid
Nemo would be super slick with full exhaust and the stock muffler back on. You could probably fit a loud valve boost activated cutout after each turbo pretty easily then have all the power plus ultra quiet exhaust with no compromises. They open up fully by 7psi I think but if you install a small cheap manual boost controller you can make it so they only open on high boost setting. Or better yet have the holley cycle a 3 port mac valve on once you hit a certain boost level to let the cutouts open. Just need 1 output and then setup an advanced table to make it operate how you want

My obs has the same radiator and 1 3k CFM fan and a 160 thermostat my fan never turns on when I’m driving on a cool day and when it does it’s only on for a minute lol
Tommy f yeah channel had the same issue with lt4 in his Colorado with intake hitting the fan. You might check it out. He just posted the vid a few days ago

Why don’t you have a stainless steel low profile shroud for the fans made . It would give you at least another inch or 2 for space

Trim the inlet on the throttle body. Should give you some extra needed room up front.

I haven’t installed the Ridetech kit I have at the shop yet so I can only speak for the QA1 kit. It’s top notch.
