I visited a very good collection of vintage and classic cars in AVM studios in Chennai in India . Anyone interested in old cars and happen to be around Chenai should pay a visit to AVM studios.
Typo at minute 16:27 the brand name is OPEL from Adam Opel not OPAL If any one from Malaysia read this i would like to know something Malaysian road tax can got pretty high if you own a car with a big engine is there any discount or special rate for oldtimer cars ? Many older cars have big engine Jag XJ6 or BMW CSI when you own a oldtimer for hobby do you get special road tax rate ?
There is an exemption to those cars, for classics 25 y/o or above can enjoy 80% reduction in yearly roadtax, whereas vintage cars 50 y/o or above can get a 90% reduction in roadtax.
Although there are special road tax rates for classic cars (as already mentioned) but only Malaysian citizens can apply for it. Foreigners have to pay the full road tax.
