I had the pleasure of meeting Bruce Hunter (Bob) today. He was a thoroughly humble and pleasant man. He seemed truly surprised and appreciative that I knew him. Interesting thing I learned from him, this episode was his favourite from his work on the show.
I remember when YTV would use the snow plow poem in their promos for the show when it moved to their channel for the third season. It was my exposure to the series and I have been a fan ever since.
I'm sure you could rig up Something. The good thing is that they have a hydrostatic clutch, which means slow smooth take off and, as you build momentum a steady acceleration until you are at speed. The throttle would have to be played with. I guess you could keep the trigger type, but having to hold it down between your legs while driving would be slightly dangerous and they don't have a way to lock it open, which would be dangerous in its own right. I'd use a good Stihl or Husqvarna. No Poulans
This Handyman Corner hit home for me because i have put several various engines onto bicycles. But my method leaves the pedal drive intact and uses a lot less of the Handyman's Secret Weapon.
That actor as Bob looks and sounds quite like the actor for Ranger Gord in later episodes, but after looking up info, I see they are different actors with different last name. Are they related or something? Or is that the same actor had a name change at some point?
Mr. Smith LMAO. I did discover you unfortunately till a month ago i just saw your first show only month ago. WTF.talk about sleeping i cant believe i miss out all this time about you. I feeling so cheated
What exactly is Reds problem? I have watched other handy man comedians like Tim the Toolman Taylor and Paul Timberman, but I don't really understand Red. It is as though to Red a bag of trash is a work great craftmanship...
That's the joke. Red Green's ramshackle operations are a satire of handyman specials on tv. We're supposed to laugh at how absurd he is and how he's making up these ridiculous contraptions that obviously don't work.
My favorite parts of the RGS are Handyman Corner and Adventures with Bill. Ih who am I kidding, I love the entire show.
Bill is the best part of the show. My nephews love watching his antics
love the background sounds especially at the lodge
haha I'm 50 and still have my bike from high school and that one he put on the tool bench was the same as mine lol thanks Red good times

Great story.

On a mission to watch/like/comment on every Red Green episode. Keep your stick on the ice.
Good God, Harold with the wildest description about anything on that hat mounted megaphone tee despenser...
@6:10 and thus the idea for Happy Gilmore was born.
Jesus Christ, that had to be the best Handyman Corner I've ever seen
could do without using the LORD's name in vain .....why not shout out to allah , and see how much pain you be in .
You are so cool mr.smith
4:55 Duane, you left the putter in the back of the truck 😂
Murray is absolutely hilarious!
I can't believe i miss you OMG. I feel so blind and left out
Either Bob was really bad at golf, or he was using the wrong clubs for a long time! This episode makes him left handed
I actually wonder if that chainsaw-moped thing would work...
I LOVE THIS SHOW SO MUCH

22:26 - oh god, Bill, don't get Harold to help you...
It's September 2021. Even the Red Green show cannot cover over the sadness of the state of the world.
We can try though
Most of it was fake to get Biden in.
We must try...
It's crazy how seldomly duct tape actually appears in these older episodes.
anyone get the feeling that Red couldnt really come up with a song so he just ad-libbed it in this episode
try ad-libbed
He definitely ad-libbed a lot. He's a talented guy.
Not going to lie, I think Bob is my favourite side character of this show. Shame that he stopped showing up after season 3.
He appeared on Season 5 doing the Possum Lodge word game!
I think he should have been with the show longer than that, though. Maybe he could have been there for the long haul instead of Mike Hamar
Im Shannon mechanic originally from Northern Virginia and Dc.area

Why were they sick of the regular law.
Jesus Christ, Bill at the meeting...
Those aren't all actually left handed clubs. My life is a lie.

Ain't gotta be pretty, just has to work. Or explode. I forget
Paul Timberman from MADtv? Imagine if Handyman Corner was that violently graphic; holy hell..
