As long as you are able to get the cylinder head whiteout the exhaust manifold casted in to it the 2.3 is able to make really good power whiteout throwing mad amount of boost to it and risk cracking the head...
Stab the throttle LANE CHANGE ENGAGED Awesome work guys, Pls upload some footage when you get to the track Big FWD guy across the Pond ( everyone thinks they are a joke here ) =)
Damn that's some awesome power numbers! Nice job! I have a few question on that fueling conversation that went on. I have 2012 Mazdaspeed3 that I have a newly built motor and all the supporting parts for. I don't plan on making anywhere near what these guys made but it's good info to know. How is the fuel being supplied currently? I heard a fuel cell, but is that also feeding the DI injectors along with the Port Injectors? How would someone adapt that mechanical pump to this DISI motor since it currently comes with a cam driven HPFP? My current fueling set up was stock tank for the DI with upgraded HPFP internals and return style fuel cell on e85 for the PI. Thanks
Noob question incoming… does moving the rear wheels back those few inches in a front wheel drive drag car make a noticeable improvement at the track? Does it help with traction and or 60ft times or what? Asking for myself.
If cleetus camaro doesn't live up to the hype that is surrounding it, be very disappointed. Sure everyone will be there to tune the chassis and engine as quickly asap. 5000hp as claimed on a radial will be very interesting to get down to the track. I can't imagine a feel of how the power comes in have to leave a bit easier and still running in the 5s
I was always wondering about that motor I have it in my 2008 Mazda 6 400 horses in stock forum the forge eternals and everything are you guys are getting 1200 horsepower out of it the only thing that I don't like about it is if they can build an automatic transmission that will handle it then I would like it does a standard even with 1200 horsepower slow as hell
Good to see speeds getting love. Had mine for 6+ years and I love this!
Yessir!
Love the Mazda hatch. Really cool to see this car with the 2.3L.
Great job on the tuning this platform is underrated and makes Good power easily with the right fueling and parts
Yessssss good to see mazdaspeeds getting love. ❤
Awesome we need more XFWD cars.💪🏾
I love this thing 🥹 we need a build breakdown for some of these cars.
@@CarHound I may disclose my receipt later.
Sorry to hear about the flooding in Brazil. Known about you guys a long time but just subscribed. Good luck, Godspeed!
had my Mazdaspeed 3 for 10 years still love it
Fuel Tech,y'all rock! Peace
Dang! Nice numbers
Wow! Didnt realize the 2.3 had the kind of potential. I've seen so many blow up in factory form.
For how long? Is the question
There was one at WCF and he went rounds
This will blow up 10 times faster that's all
Well, I mean running meth definitely helps 😅. But anything can be built if done right.

From what I have been told, this car is run on port injection only. DI has been removed and runs on vp m1 straight methanol.

❤Mazda ..
Hope to see that hot rod at World Cup

Back in Brazil run nitro methane in everything lol
We need a build sheet when allowed.
I would like to find a rear wheel Mazda put a good automatic transmission in it nothing will be really fast
Can’t believe yall letting Cleet get the ft600 and not the 700 plus!
They know what they’re doing. Plus clet is gonna lose to the 6 cylinder 2jz that ran 5.54 last year.
Nothing wrong with a 600 with what cleet is trying to do

We should run against each other a 2000 mercury cougar 1255 foot pounds of torque
