Patrick, You can either use our 2 of our precut pro or cotton 10" strips. The Pro tape is able to wear longer and is water resistant based off of the synthetic material it is made with. The material is more porous allowing for better moisture release, allowing you to stay in water longer without the strips removing.

He shows how to pull the tape out to 100%, then back it off half way for 50%, and another half for 25%. It takes a little practice.
