If you think this is good, wait til you see him live. Lachy picks you up by the scruff of the neck, throws you on the dancefloor & blows your mind & body with with what can only be described as a sonic explosion. Simply one of the best things I have ever seen live
Nothing like a Hammond/Leslie played by a master. Mr. Doley, you rock the heavens. I've been a Hammond junkie since my early teens (I'm 68 now). Never get tired of it. No synth can match up to it. And the way you play it at full throttle is truly amazing. Love the band, the groove. Amazing musicians all of you. Rock on. Cheers from Argentina.

Ancient kit, wood, mechanical stuff and valves, sounds fantastic 45 or so years after the last one was made.

Had a little 4 piece started a few years ago but the singer had a drug problem. Been doing classic rock covers for years just to stay on my feet. I'm so inspired to get back to my roots. This is the shit man. GO BROTHA!!

This is spectacular on every level, Lachy Doley! This reminds me of Chicago when they were kids and played at Tanglewood. You would have made the late Terry Kath proud with that singing. And…I watched the sole full concert ever recorded of Deep Purple (Denmark public television in ‘72) and you are outplaying the “Lord” himself. I had the extreme pleasure to see you in the first row in Highwood, Illinois, USA at 210 Live, but sadly, the venue did not survive the pandemic. Good luck with this, LD!!!

Love the sounds and vibes that you and the band create. Nothing beats the sounds of old school rock with a Hammond organ B3/C3 and Leslie speakers played correctly and made to scream and bleed in pain. I am a Hammond player too from the old school days of rock. You truly have it going on. Bravo. Bravo!

Jon Lord and Lee Michael's and Billy Preston and Steve Winwood among the many other Hammond players would be very proud of you and your style and sound. Hope to get to meet you some time and be able to talk shop...Hammonds and Leslies. I have some stories to tell you from one of the designers of those instruments. Rock on brother. Peace!!

AMAZING! I didn't know that recording was still done with a band (that big) in one studio. I thought it was all pieced together. Amazing the work that took..and cost. You don't hold back and the CD/Vinyl quality shows it. FOLKS: buy the CD/Vinyl and hear the true sound! Peace and love from Minnesota, USA

Sounds awesome Lachy! I've preordered the album and am really looking forward to watching the concert. BTW your "Stop listening to the blues" video from blues on broadbeach absolutely blew me away the first time I saw it, and sent me down a very long youtube rabbit hole which convinced me to get into the hammond organ. A year later I have a full XK-5 setup and am taking lessons and I don't think I'll ever get sick of this instrument. You're an inspiration to me and no doubt many others. I know it's been a very tough year for musicians so I hope this album does really well; you and the rest of the band deserve it.
