    I was going to say , you were down a piece and you were saying you were going to be fine and was like “what?!”
    Also c6 is not the “only move”, he can always go back Ba6 and get out that wat

      @@forky_chess all good. You’re one rating band above me (I’m 1700) and this was just a bad game. But I’m a fellow Caro Kann player and know these lines decently. I’m hoping to learn a lot watching you play Caro Kann
      I’d suggest checking out GM Artemiev’s Caro Kann games (lichess database). He plays a6 in many positions to avoid this exact problem that happened in this game
