You should consider doing a "feed mei mei travel utensils set", like the straws you have. I know in NYC where I live, many takeout places don't provide utensils unless you ask.
I live in Anaheim and you must try the GardenWalk near Disneyland! But Din Tai Fung is good. You need to visit The Camp also in Costa Mesa. It’s a small food area near South Coast

In Australia a dessert like that is called bing su. What’s the difference? We have lots of toppings, mochi, popping pearls, jelly as well as the condensed milk. Love to see a video just on bing su.
