LAOS SLOW BOAT 2023 VLOG (ft vegan food!) | Backpacking Ep. 08

Are you able to find vegan food in the places you visit?

Usually, yes! I use HappyCow. Or if not, I ask for a veggie meal without egg. For the Laos slow boat, I brought snacks with me onto the boat and in Pakbeng, where we stopped after day 1, it was easy to get a baguette to pick up the next morning which was vegan friendly. Laos felt particularly vegan friendly actually! At least the towns I visited ☺️
