I went to my clinic which is only 2 yrs old in Georgia in May,saw my NP and asked if she could assist me filling out a dbq her responce was NO ,she stated since you are going to (sue) then she said file a claim we have been directed not to do that, and walked out of the exam room I was seeing her every 3 months went back out to ckeck in and the lady said December (7 months ) got a card in the mail that said contact your clinic your clinic at earliest convenience

Has anyone had luck going to their PCP at the VA for a dbq or nexus?
