A beauty by nature I agree singing in a classical way is hardly natural just as an athlete can’t achieve the skills required to perform at a truly noticeable level without unnatural training. The most beautiful voice won’t sound beautiful when attempting to master going through the passagio to create the one even sound as it is unnatural to begin with the larynx wants to go up. In a sense it is natural, because most of the breathing and support problems we must work on is actually re-learning, changing the bad habits that have been indoctrinated to us by the environment. A new-born baby has it all... But of course, just saying the word "natural" doesn't help much if we are already very unnatural.
