    Fantastic!! I like the way you have you banjo mic'd. Nice bassy tone without losing the high tones.

      Just the zoom h4 and garage band! I have new mics and logic pro that I must get using now!

      @@gabrielsamarine755 nope I didn’t, I just learned a different version. I think his banjo is tuned differently than GDAE though.

      Thanks very much! I don't read music so I wouldn't know anything about tabs! I learned them from sessions!

    Wow. Sublime playing and 2 great tunes. Record more please. The tone from that DB is fabulous. Whats your recording set-up you're using? Cheers, Ciaran.

      I loved that DB but sold it last year to Declan Parker. For that recording it was a zoom h4n that you can see on the right, about a foot from the banjo pointing towards the 12th fret. I edited the audio using garage band. Bass boost mainly with a reverb and a little compression and limiter

    Great sound, well played....does the banjo have that lovely bass sound when not plugged in? I use to play the banjo and never knew if it was the make of the banjo itself or the amp

      They have good bass with a heavy guage g string
