With this GB version we can how much a difference a wider arena made. Some highlights of this video for me was Yamato's fight, being able to use his spears from far away, but also ejecting multiple spears to deal with some of Whispy's projectiles, and etc. I'll also say that Crystal's fight was enjoyable and seeing Heat Man take care of business in record time was crazy.
Flash Man being L incarnate, didn’t surprise me, his Time Stopper not working on the other enemies did. What was super effective was Knight Man’s shield. If only he could turn around and block the other enemies.
Cool, another Robot Master has joined the CPU battle simulations: Hard Man (MM3). Good surprise, but sad to see he didn't defeated GB Whispy Woods... anyways, excellent showcase! Edit: also, I hope we can see more common enemies, besides Hari Harry.
The fact that Plant Man was allowed 56 tries makes it even sadder that several Robot Masters straight-up failed the challenge. How many tries did you give them? 64? 100?
It is satisfying to me in a weird way that the only robot in this competition that's based on Gameboy programming (Punk) did extremely well in a Gameboy format. Says a lot about how he was designed with the medium in mind.
The limited space and the inclusion of gordos really mess up a lot of robot masters. Im glad my boy air managed to score a W despite his AI pattern dissadvantage wheb he faces away from whispy and does nothing for his next cycle of moves 😂

Wait a moment. Hard Man didnt freeze the enemies on screen when he landed. Its that a mistake or he actually does it against the robot masters but not against no mega man bosses?
@Rakghe hi 8-),maybe Whispy reacts to Hardman's quakes, but it's unclear, because I didn't program Whispy's color change when Whispy freezes. and Gordo doesn't freeze because he's one of Whispy's bullets, not a character B^D

The gameboy whispy seems to be harder than the nes counterpart. Obviously, Super flash and guts man failed. No suprise there, pretty much any boss stomps them hard into the ground. But what is with quick man's selling streak lately? He has to rework his "go in hard" strategy. It would be funny if they did better against the much harder king dedede.
So, we got 5 that did it first try. Bubble, Ice, Heat, Bomb, and the best robot Hari Harry who again pulled a flawless victory. Great to see Hard Man but looked like he had a "hard" time out there, lol. Curious how "hard" his competition will be.

I noticed hardman does not do his wind-up animation before going down, but instead he does it mid-fall. Was this intentional?
