Can I discharge battery with LiitoKala Lii-S12? Can I see capacity of a battery?

It's only a charger. No discharge or storage mode to my knowledge. It can't read capacity of a cell either. I don't think there is any way to know true capacity unless you fully discharge and measure the charge. This is a simple charger.
