I teared up at "Do you want to slay dragons with me?" THIS was epic!
Did you watch My Stand-In? Up, the actor of Gene, had such a glow up and you can see his talent and hard work! I was mesmerized by the character Ming, with all his flaws and stupidity, but his strong mind and braveness at the end made it even. And Poom, the actor of Joe, is amazing, too! You can see all the pain of the character in his eyes, I got the chills!

Aww, that warms my heart. I had thought about this line a lot. It is the climactic moment after all. Would "villains" or "zombies" be better? But I wanted to hint at OG Genes dragon-stuffy, although dragons did not come up before.
To be honest, I can hardly watch new BL series these days... I always end up having so many thoughts about them or rewrite ideas, I feel like I am bursting with all the other BL-video-ideas that I already have. But I always lurk around mydramalist and watch trailers, so I am a little up to date. From what I have seen, Ming DOES seem to be the antithesis of Gene, so kudos to the actor for managing that. I do think, he is a good actor, though, I just disliked Genes characterization so much.
