    Hello sir, thanks for the info. I have one question. When I first stock shrimp pl should I feed them normal shrimp feed pellets or do i have to feed them artemia or something else due to their small size?

    • @aquainfotech4252
      @aquainfotech4252  3 года назад +1

      Artemia is fed at the hatchery. When you have released shrimp to the pond or tank you have to used pellet feed for change the feeding habit. Used small size pellet ( number - 1) or crushed feed. Feeding habit is more important for every species.

    @abundance9689 4 года назад +2

    Hi, may i know why do you add salt? and the function of salt? if i make biofloc in freshwater do i need to add salt?

    • @aquainfotech4252
      @aquainfotech4252  4 года назад +4

      Salt used in RAS and biofloc systems to prevent bacterial gill disease, fin rot or fungal infections, as well as to reduce risk of nitrite poisoning. Diseases. Salt is to much important for closed system culture where nitrite value is more high.

    Thank you for this wonderful video.
    i have a few clarifications i need.
    first. let me have your whatsapp phone number and email message so that i can communicate with you for guidance as i start to implement your methods here.
    Method 1.
    It takes at least 72hrs to make biofloc.
    how do we test the biofloc made?
    What interval of staring (should we aerate as a means of starring so that it does not sediment?)
    What harmful substances does it produce when it sediments?
    2nd day. What 7gm mineral (do we add Dolomite again?)
    At end of second day do we power the above mix into the fish tank? How many litters tank is this and how many fish can the tank support?
    When do we put the fish? What fish size do we put?, can we put catfish of 3 days? (this is what i farm)
    What is H2S? (full form)
    Can you give me a list of the measuring instruments that i need for the whole experiment?
    Biofloc density is 300mg/tn (what is "tn"?)
    Thank you once again for the big effort.
